Why do I need to register?
All users wishing to purchase a club membership must register on our website and provide the required information. This information can be edited at any time once you are logged in to the user dashboard by clicking onto “Go to My Profile” and clicking edit or by navigating to
Users+ > User Dashboard > Settings
Activating my account
The website requires all new users to activate their accounts to ensure that they are “human” and to prevent unsolicited spam.
The activation email contains a unique activation key provided as a link, so once clicked on, will redirect to our website and activate your account. This confirms your email address and means that you can now login and use our website.
Some email providers may block such emails or put them into your email junk folder. If you do not receive the activation email or you are having any problems activating your account please contact us. This way a website administrator can manually activate your account and you can begin using our website.
When you login to your account you will be redirected to your User Dashboard. This is also available to access by navigating to Users+ > User Dashboard.
Users who are yet to purchase a membership are provided with a link to edit their profile information, user settings and upload their avatar (A photo of themselves).
Users who have purchased a membership that has been approved by a club administrator have access to the above, can access the URACS forum groups and view/print their membership.
Purchasing a membership
Once you are a registered user, have activated your account and logged in, you will be eligible to purchase a club membership by navigating to Users+ > Make a Purchase > Buy a Membership
Here you can view the memberships available, add them to your cart and purchase them through paypal.
IMPORTANT: Only one membership is valid per user account so if you wish to purchase a membership for a friend/family member you must register an account for them using a different email address to your own, providing their information.
Parents or guardians who are not members of the club and wish to purchase a membership for a Junior who does not have an email address, please use your own email address but the Juniors details when registering to the website and purchasing a club membership. This way you will receive our email notifications and the correct membership information will be available on the Junior’s printable membership. This email address can later be changed at a later date should the Junior acquire an email address by navigating to Users+ > User Dashboard > Settings
When purchasing a membership please allow up to 72 hours for a club administrator to approve your membership and assign it to your account. You will then be able to view and print your membership and access the club forum.
View/Printing a membership
Once your membership has been approved by a club administrator, it will then become available to view and print from your User Dashboard, or by navigating to Users+> View/Print Purchases
When viewing a membership you can print it in the correct format by clicking on the “Print This Page” link.
Purchasing a night ticket
Once you have purchased a club membership and it has been approved by a club administrator, you will be eligible to login and purchase a club night ticket/night tickets by navigating to Users+ > Make a Purchase > Buy a Night Ticket
Here you can view the night tickets available to you, add them to your cart and purchase them through paypal.
Due to popular demand, some venue night tickets can only be purchased by users who hold current memberships and night tickets for the venue. Those wishing to be added to a waiting list can do so by purchasing a current membership and using our contact form to provide a “Night ticket waiting list request”.
IMPORTANT: Only one night ticket per venue is valid per user account so if you wish to purchase a night ticket for a friend/family member you must register an account using a different email address to your own.

Accessing the club forum
The URACS forum is available to users who hold a current club membership and therefore you will not be able to access it unless you have purchased a membership and this membership has been approved my a club administrator(Within 72 hours of purchase).
Approved members can access the club forum groups through their User Dashboard or by navigating to Users+ > Forum Groups
